Refund Policy
Price
All prices listed on our online store include Value Added Tax at the current legal rate.
The prices are in euros and do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees depend on the chosen delivery method and the delivery location.
Price error
Despite all our efforts, it may exceptionally happen that listed products have an incorrect price.
In case of a manifest error on the price of a product, we will contact you and, according to your instructions, give you the option to confirm your order at the actual price or to cancel your order.
Returns
Subject to the provided Terms and Conditions, you have the right to return products if you change your mind within thirty (30) calendar days from their receipt.
To make a return, simply follow these simple steps:
Ensure that the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged and that the identification tag with the disposable seal is still in place.
Returned items must be accompanied by a return form and the original receipt included in the packaging that was sent to you.
Please note the following regarding returns:
Products must not have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged. Only MARCO FRANK has the right to determine if the products are in their original condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following products:
Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and whose return is not feasible for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear and perfumes);
Customized products or made based on your specifications; or
Products that have irreparably mixed with other items after delivery.
All returned products will be checked by MARCO FRANK within five (5) business days from the receipt of the package. We will send you an email confirming the acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In case of a return refusal, our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you. Please note that several payment service providers have different processing times regarding returns, and it may take several business days to process refunds via the payment method you initially used.
Returns must be sent from the country where your order was placed. We cannot accept returns from other countries.
* All purchases made in a MARCO FRANK store must be returned to one of our stores.

What is your minimum order quantity?
As long as we can see that you are an established business, we have no minimum spending requirements. We understand that sometimes you just need a little extra, so don't think it's necessary to have high minimums.
Can I order my products in bulk online?
We currently accept orders only by email or by phone!
Do you have a catalog?
Yes! We have a digital catalog that we would like to share with you. If you would like a copy, please send us an email at info@marcofrank.com and we will forward it to you.
How long does it take you to send the orders?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. During sales, seasonal offers, and launches, there may be a delay in processing orders. We ask for your patience during these busy times.
