How to Measure Chest Size?
Measure the chest circumference horizontally just below the bust.
Stand up straight, with your arms resting comfortably at your sides. Keep your arms and chest relaxed and neutral.
Take a sewing tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the widest part of your chest.
The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades but not so tight that it squeezes your chest.
How to measure hips and inseam ?
For the hip, wrap the widest part of your hips and buttocks. For the inseam, run the tape down from your groin to your lower ankle.
Measure around your natural waist; Wrap a soft measuring tape around your waist, which should be around your belly button. Don't wrap too tight.
Measure from your groin to your lower ankle to get your inseam: The inseam will tell you what length to look for when you're buying pants.
Convert your measurements to your size: Usually, your size will be your waist size followed by your inseam. It's okay for pants to feel a little loose or look a little long when you first buy them.
