How to Measure Chest Size?

Measure the chest circumference horizontally just below the bust.

  • Stand up straight, with your arms resting comfortably at your sides. Keep your arms and chest relaxed and neutral.
  • Take a sewing tape measure and wrap it under your armpits at the widest part of your chest.
  • The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades but not so tight that it squeezes your chest.

  • How to measure hips and inseam ?

For the hip, wrap the widest part of your hips and buttocks. For the inseam, run the tape down from your groin to your lower ankle.

  • Measure around your natural waist; Wrap a soft measuring tape around your waist, which should be around your belly button. Don't wrap too tight.
  • Measure from your groin to your lower ankle to get your inseam: The inseam will tell you what length to look for when you're buying pants.
  • Convert your measurements to your size: Usually, your size will be your waist size followed by your inseam. It's okay for pants to feel a little loose or look a little long when you first buy them.
